A. Yes, you may expect delays in cheque realization, return delivery of instruments and other services where any physical movement is involved.
Q. I have requested for a cheque book, when can I expect it?
A. The delivery of cards, physical statements and cheque books, among other deliverables, requested by customers may be delayed as many of our channel partner services are restricted due to the lockdown.
Q. Will there be extended banking hours for senior citizens from March 19-27, 2020?
A. Due to COVID-19, we have rolled back the extended banking hour (March 19 to 27, 2020, 16:30 to 17:30 hours) facility for senior citizens to ensure safety.
Q. Will banking services be impacted till March 31, 2020, owing to respective State Government advisories?
A. Our customers are of primary importance to us. Due to COVID-19, our branches will operate from 10:00 to 14:00 hours from March 23 – 31, 2020. We encourage you to use our self-service digital channels such as NetBanking, YES Mobile, UPI or YES ROBOT for your banking needs. Stay safe.
Q. When will the moratorium end?
A. As per the notification issued by Ministry of Finance on March 13, 2020, the moratorium issued by Govt of India vide notification number S.O. 993(E), dated March 5, 2020 has ended w.e.f. Wednesday, March 18, 2020, 18:00 hours.
Q. When will outward NEFT/IMPS/RTGS start? Will there be a limit on the same?
A. Outward NEFT/IMPS/RTGS has resumed from March 18, 2020, 18:00 hours. The limits for transactions across digital channels will continue to remain what they were prior to the imposition of the moratorium. However, from March 19, 2020 post commencement of banking hours, transactions at branches do not have any limits.
Q. Can I start paying EMIs etc from my YES BANK accounts?
A. Yes, you can start making payments for scheduled EMIs, utility bills, credit cards and loan obligations from your YES BANK accounts from March 18, 2020, 18:00 hours.
Q. Have YES BANK cards/accounts started working on wallets like Paytm, Amazon Pay, etc.?
A. Yes, you can use your YES BANK cards and accounts across wallets like Paytm, Amazon Pay and Freecharge among others from March 18, 2020, 18:00 hours.
Q. Have YES BANK Credit Cards started working now?
A. Yes, you can start using your Credit Cards from March 18, 2020, 18:00 hours.
Q. Can I withdraw more than 50k from my YES BANK account once the moratorium ends?
A. Yes, you can withdraw more than INR 50,000 from your YES BANK accounts, as per the prescribed limits across instruments/channels, after the moratorium is revoked from March 18, 2020, 18:00 hours.
Q. Can I withdraw my FD/RD once the moratorium ends?
A. Yes, you can withdraw your YES BANK FDs and RDs from March 18, 2020, 18:00 hours. Standard charges will apply on the same. With respect to RDs, you can visit any of our 1,132 branches across India from March 19, 2020 post commencement of banking hours.

A. YES BANK has resumed full banking services from March 18, 2020, 18:00 hours. You can now access all services available through digital channels/platforms (Net Banking/ Mobile Banking etc). Also, from March 19, 2020 post commencement of banking hours, you can visit any of our 1,132 branches across India to experience the full suite of our services.
