  • Online Learning Solutions: YSB in association with Kwench facilitates an online library solution which helps Executives access a wide variety of books as well as Harvard Business Review Magazines.. They have an option of borrowing and returning books (delivered at their desk) at the click of a button online.
  • My Learning@YES: YES BANK’s very own Learning Management System (LMS) which offers customised online learning modules for all businesses thereby enabling us to leverage technology to impart self-paced e-learning programs to YBL executives.

Talent Management Initiatives:

  • University & School Relationship Management (USRM) is YES BANK’s structured approach of partnering with the best B-Schools in India & abroad, to create an ongoing engagement and knowledge sharing platform at these Institutions.
