Mumbai, April 04, 2015: YES BANK, India’s fourth largest private sector bank, has entered into a strategic partnership with Twitter for its missed call services. Twitter's unique missed call offering is the result of the latest acquisition of ZipDial, a mobile engagement and analytics platform.
The partnership is a further reinforcement of YES BANK’s continued focus and investment towards adoption of Digital and Social Media. Customers can now place a missed call to the number 011 3008 0888. They will then be able to receive Tweets from the Twitter account of YES BANK (@YESBANK). This will include updates on the latest news, events and the exciting discounts and offers from the Bank. The move leverages Twitter's ability to provide engaging content from YES BANK to all users especially offline users. The collaboration is a further reinforcement of YES BANK’s continued focus and investment towards adoption of Digital and Social Media.
