Manage Recurring Transactions (SI) registered on YES Bank Credit Card on merchant website/app

Register Standing Instructions for bill payments, subscriptions, insurance payments etc. on your YES BANK Credit Card on various E-commerce/Merchant Websites and manage it from YES Bank Website.

 

Key Points

  • Registration & First Recurring Payment Transaction will happen simultaneously using AFA (Additional Factor of Authentication).

  • Future Bill Payments up to INR 4999 per transaction, can be processed without Additional Factor of Authentication.

  • For Bill Payment amount equal to or greater than INR 5,000, customer will need AFA (Additional Factor of Authentication) to complete the transaction. Customer will receive communication before due date on registered contact details with a link to approve/decline the transactions. Once approved, amount will be debited from YES Bank Credit Card on due date. In case of no response, transaction will be declined.

  • Recurring Payments could be of a fixed amount or a variable amount subject to limit specified by cardholder on the merchant websites while registering.

  • An advance intimation of upcoming recurring payments will be done at least 24 hours prior to the transaction.

How To Manage e-Mandates?

Below are the steps to Login and manage the e-Mandates:

  1. Click Here

  2. Enter your YES Bank Credit Card Number and Click Login

  3. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number and click to Submit.

  4. Post Login, List of registered e-Mandates against your Credit Card is visible.

  5. Option to “Edit”, “Cancel” or “View” the particular e-Mandates is available.

  6. Click on “View Cancelled e-Mandate” to see your previous cancelled e-Mandates

  7. Click “Logout” on right corner of the screen to log out.
