YES BANK is doing a great Job, rather I would call it unrelenting social service. You are putting in extra hours of work, without any appreciation from people like us, who will unnecessarily complain and crib, at the slightest discomfort. Your team could easily shy away from the extra effort, but you opted for the tougher road.
So, I take the liberty of thanking you all, on behalf of many unthankful customers like myself, to deeply thank you and also asking for your forgiveness in case we might all have used any harsh words against any employee of the Bank.
