I visited YES BANK Kandivali East branch today during all the chaos amongst we citizens... but was surprised to see how YES BANK employees were organized and helpful during such hours. Like all banks there was a line outside yes bank too but the employees were kind enough to provide umbrellas to all the people standing in line outside the bank. Reached there and was quickly provided with a token number and guided through the process of exchange/withdrawals and deposits by the staff
The Branch Staff are taking special care of each customer especially senior citizens and women. They even tried to speed up the process by getting Xerox and ID proofs verified as soon as one reached the branch and helped in form filling. Soon met with My Relationship Manager who informed me that a person can exchange Rs. 4000 once in 15 days which helps in narrowing down the crowd and gives a chance for all to exchange. Soon my number was called out and I was successful in making the exchange. I am glad that it was a stress free experience than I imagined it to be. Special thanks to Relationship Manger, Branch Manager and Team.
At times like these it’s nice to be supported by the bank. Thank you all once again.
