With an increasing focus of government initiatives towards the growth of the SME sector, the number of SMEs has grown manifold over the last few years. YES BANK and Business Today understand the potential of this sector, and to further recognize the excellence of several SMEs of this segment on a national platform, Business Today, India's No. 1 business magazine and YES BANK, a state-of-the-art, Indian private sector Bank, are pleased to present the 2nd Business Today-YES BANK SME Survey & Awards 2010.

The Business Today-YES BANK SME Survey has been designed to analyze trends and best practices and to recognize and reward achievers, innovators and enablers who have played a pivotal role in promoting and supporting SMEs in India. The objective of this initiative is to bring together growth-focused, innovative enterprises, who are leaders in their respective business areas, to achieve success and to promote an entrepreneurial spirit. This concerted effort will further strengthen the capabilities of the steadily growing SME sector.

• Enterprises with turnover between INR 50 cr & INR 200 cr

The applications will be evaluated by a robust three-step process and the winners will be awarded at a special Business Today-YES BANK SME Awards 2010 ceremony. The objective of this initiative is to bring together growth-focused, innovative enterprises, who are leaders in their respective business areas, to achieve success and promote an entrepreneurial spirit. This concerted effort will further strengthen the capabilities of the steadily growing SME sector.
