Y-PEP is one of our most innovative and institutionalized Talent Acquisition program aimed at hiring the best available management professionals with or without prior experience, directly from the best B-Schools in India and select foreign universities.

  • The program was instituted in October 2006 to attract best-in-class human capital from most reputed institutions nationally thereby creating an enviable talent pool to further stimulate the growth ambitions of the Bank.
  • The Y-PEP program is designed to arm participants with a repertoire of skills and experiences that are unique, valuable and hard to replicate, in order to meet and support the Bank's future growth plans and challenges.
  • YES BANK has inducted close to 600 management professionals in the last 5 years through this program.

The highly qualified talent pool has contributed to consistently augment and support the Bank's knowledge based, state-of-the-art technology driven services across key banking relationships, products, knowledge advisory groups and critical support functions and the success of this innovative program has showcased YES BANK as an “Employer of Choice” across premium B-School campuses.

Unique Induction & Business OJT Program for Y-(PEPs)

All the Y-PEPs undergo an intensive 4 day Induction Program followed by a week of Classroom Training Sessions on various products and processes. At the end of the training sessions, a 3 week rigorous On the Job Training (OJT) is launched where each Y-PEPs is exposed to 4-5 different support functions that are critical to their role at YES BANK.
